Verification Policy

Feet Your Desire (“the Website”, feetyourdesire.com) provides adult-oriented content and is strictly limited to adults aged eighteen (18) years or older. This policy describes how the Website verifies that consumers (visitors and members) meet this minimum age requirement before they are granted access to adult content.

This policy applies to consumers accessing content. It is separate from, and in addition to, the identity and age verification required of all creators who publish content (see our Creator Verification and § 2257 Compliance Statement).

Minimum Age Requirement

Access to adult content on Feet Your Desire is restricted to persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if higher. Persons who do not meet this requirement are not permitted to access, view, or purchase content.

Verification Method

Consumers are required to complete an 18+ age check before being granted access to adult content. This check is performed through our third-party identity-verification provider, Didit (didit.me), using its age-estimation technology:

• The consumer completes a brief, automated facial age-estimation check performed by Didit.
• Where age estimation cannot confirm that the consumer meets the minimum age, the consumer may be required to complete full document-based identity verification (government-issued photo ID and liveness check) before access is granted.
• Consumers who cannot be confirmed as meeting the minimum age are denied access to adult content.

Verification is required before access to adult content is granted, not merely by way of a self-declared checkbox or date-of-birth field.

No Storage of Payment Data as Age Proof

Feet Your Desire does not use credit card details, or the mere possession of a payment method, as a substitute for age verification. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider; the Website does not collect or store consumers’ full payment card data.

Data Protection

Age-verification checks are processed by Didit in accordance with applicable data-protection law (including the EU General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR). Biometric data used for age estimation is processed only for the purpose of confirming the consumer’s age and is not used for any other purpose by the Website. Consumers are informed of this processing before verification begins.

Ongoing Enforcement

• Adult content is not displayed to unverified consumers.
• Any user found to have gained access while under the minimum age will have their access revoked immediately.
• Reports or suspicions that a minor has accessed the Website can be submitted to support@feetyourdesire.com and will be acted upon promptly.
