Feet Your Desire (“the Website”, feetyourdesire.com) is committed to full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations governing adult content, including the record-keeping requirements set forth in Title 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations (28 C.F.R. Part 75), to the extent applicable.

All persons who appear in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, or otherwise appear in adult-oriented content made available on this Website, were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the content was created.

Age & Identity Verification

Every creator who publishes content on Feet Your Desire is required to complete identity and age verification before any upload is permitted. Verification is performed through our third-party identity-verification provider, Didit (didit.me), and includes government-issued photo identification, liveness detection, and biometric face-matching. No creator account is able to submit content until this verification has been successfully completed and recorded.

Where any person other than the verified creator appears in content, the creator is contractually required, prior to publication, to obtain and retain that person’s documented, written consent together with proof that the person was at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of creation. This obligation is set out in the Creator Agreement accepted by every creator.

Content Review

All content is subject to pre-publication review by Feet Your Desire before it becomes visible to members. Content that cannot be confirmed as compliant is not published and is removed.

Exemption Note

Certain content offered on this Website may consist of non-explicit imagery (e.g., aesthetic depictions of feet) that may not fall within the definition of sexually explicit conduct under 18 U.S.C. § 2257. Feet Your Desire nonetheless applies the age- and identity-verification and record-keeping practices described above to all creators and all content as a matter of policy and consumer protection, regardless of whether a specific item is subject to the statute.
